Welcome to our Loghome Building website. We've recently made some major changes to the site. I rebuilt the site using a content management system called Joomla. It makes administering the site and all the content much easier. I also just added an extensive photo gallery system with lots of pictures. There are a lot more to come.

The "rough in" plumbing and electrical has just been finished. We are waiting on the "rough in" inspection from the county. Once that is complete, the finish work on the interior can begin!! We were also able to get the front of the house graded a little and I was able to get the last part of the electrical trench completed. We'll get the trench inspected, put in the conduit and then hopefully have electricity! The trench to the well is also complete and it will be getting pipe and electrical soon as well.

The windows and doors just arrived the other day. Our contractor has started to install them. They are pretty time consuming to install.

We are also working to get power and water to the site. I had to dig a long, long trench (350ft) to reach the utility pole. I also had to dig just as long of a trench to get to our well. PG&E allows you to get trench inspections at different parts of the trenching, and right now we are on hold with the last part of the trench. So, the plan is to get what we have done inspected, get the conduit in place, and then finish the rest as we can.
